Y&M was founded in 2014 by Yosdany Lorenzo, a licensed master electrician who built the company from the ground up — one truck, word-of-mouth referrals, and a commitment to doing the job right the first time. His brother Jose Lorenzo now leads the Sarasota operations, bringing that same work ethic to every project.

From traditional electrical services to cutting-edge smart home automation, Y&M is a certified installer for Tesla, Generac, and Lutron. As an authorized Control4 Dealer and Control4 Programming Certified integrator, we design and program full smart home systems — backed by our PCNA Certification, Snap AV Partnership, and Uniview Distributor association.
