Restoring the safety of this 1925 historic home was a delicate process. We removed all active knob-and-tube wiring while minimally disturbing the original lathe and plaster walls. The home was upgraded to a 200A service with arc-fault protection, ensuring it meets modern safety standards while retaining its historic charm.
